Ebony Jordan

Ebony Jordan

Ebony has performed in several shows with Looking for Lilith including Becoming Mothers, Class of '70, and Luz. Her ties to Lilith, however, go back to her days as a young 20-something-year-old when she first met Shannon and Trina through the arts organization Alternate ROOTS. Since having met these two ladies, she graduated with her A.A. and B.A. in theatre from North Georgia University (formerly Gainesville State College) and Brenau University respectively. She then moved here to Louisville to pursue her M.F.A. in Performance at the University of Louisville. Throughout, she's worked with several different theatre companies, including a tour with the Alliance Theatre located in Atlanta, Kentucky Shakespeare, and Walden Theatre. One of her many draws to theatre is its ability to bring together and change communities...which she hopes to experience with Lilith.

Karole Spangler

Karole saw her first LFL show, Fabric, Flames and Fervor: Girls of the Triangle, in 2009 and ran to the next company auditions for a chance to work with this generous collaboration of talent. With LFL she has traveled to the mountains of Kentucky, the streets of New York, and the prairies of Kansas. She has acted in Crossing Mountains, Legacy of Light, and Fabric, Flames and Fervor: Girls of the Triangle, played Bernarda in The House of Bernarda Alba, and explored new avenues of artistic contribution with Beyond the Blue Mountains and on the devising team for Becoming Mothers. In 2011, Karole accepted the invitation to join LFL as an Associate Company Member and she is thankful every day to have this amazing group of hearts in her life. An eager traveler, during her career Karole has acted in, directed, or stage-managed well over 100 productions in 16 states, including Alaska.
