Common Threads: Interwoven Portraits of a Pandemic, originally produced November 12-20, 2021 at The MeX Theater at The Kentucky Center.

This hybrid theatre-film production includes six different devised “portraits” that explore our community’s experiences since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on story circles convened by LFL ensemble members, Common Threads interweaves various short films with live scenes and other forms of artistic expression.

Good Grief, by Erin Fitzgerald, a virtual LFL production originally released March 19-31, 2021.

After countless disappointments in traditional group settings, a small non-traditional grief support group has emerged - offering a space for people to explore and express grief in their own ways. But when a new member shows up, the group is tested in unforeseen directions, causing everyone to re-examine their own parameters of grief, and of support.
