Alex Biscardi (she/her)

Sound Designer

Alex Biscardi is a Louisville-based audio designer and editor. A graduate of the University of Louisville's Theatre Arts Department, she currently works as an Associate Producer at Louisville Public Media. When not editing podcasts, you can find her in one of our local theaters, sound designing plays. She lives with her husband and beloved furbabies in Shelby Park. After audio, she loves local food, ukulele, hiking, tennis, writing, and Overwatch, lots of Overwatch.

Tiera Bowman (she/her)

Costume Designer

She’s been with LFL since she was in high school and officially became a company member after she graduated from NKU, where she received a Bachelor’s of Theatre Arts in 2017. Not only is she a company member, but she is also a teaching artist, actor, deviser and more. She's been involved in CHOICES, MAC’S WORLD, KENTUCKY SUFFRAGE PROJECT, COMMON THREADS and in devising THE LIFECYCLE OF A BLACKBERRY. You also may have seen her at Locust Grove interpreting the lives of the enslaved that lived there in the past.

Ebony Jordan (she/her)

Asst. Director

Ebony Jordan is a Louisville-based actor and teaching artist whose theatrical home is Looking for Lilith, where she’s also a company member. She has worked for other companies such as Stage One Theatre, Kentucky Shakespeare, Commonwealth Theatre Center, Josephine Sculpture Park, Theatre [502], and Faith Works Studios. Past productions include FOR COLORED GIRLS WHO HAVE CONSIDERED SUICIDE WHEN THE RAINBOW IS ENUF (Faith Works), LAWBREAKERS (Stage One), THE PATRON SAINT OF LOSING SLEEP, CLASS OF ‘70 (LFL) and DEFINING INFINITY (LFL).

Keith McGill (he/him)

Director

Keith is excited to make his LFL directorial debut with LIFECYCLE OF A BLACKBERRY. Previously he directed GHOST, THE GIVER and MONSTER OF MINE for StageOne, and THREADS OF OUR HISTORY for Actors Theatre. He is also a teaching artist for Commonwealth Theatre Center, Actors Theatre, Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, and Shakespeare Behind Bars. As an actor, Keith recently appeared in THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER with STAGE ONE. Previous StageOne productions: TALES OF A FOURTH-GRADE NOTHING, LAST STOP ON MARKET STREET, and DON’T TELL ME I CAN’T FLY. He’s also acted with Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and Looking for Lilith. Keith wrote NATION IN CRISIS, NO TURNING BACK, and THE HISTORY OF NOW for Commonwealth, and JAMIE WHATEVER and THE RIGHT SHOES for StageOne. He is currently working on a one-person piece—OVER MY DEAD HUSBAND.

Megan Meyer (she/her)

Stage Manager

Megan is very excited for her first opportunity with Looking for Lilith Theatre Company! She has been working in Louisville since graduating from the University of Louisville in 2020 with a focus in stage management and scenic design. Her previous credits include stage manager, assistant stage manager, and production assistant for local companies such as Actors Theatre of Louisville, StageOne Family Theatre, and Highview Arts Center. The most recent productions she’s worked on include LOVING AND LOVING (Actors Theatre of Louisville), and THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER (StageOne). She’s extremely grateful for each member of the production team, and her family for their unconditional love and support.

Krasel Morales (she/her)

Props

Krasel Morales [Maria Krasel Cardona Morales] is an artist, writer, educator, activist and indigenous healer from Northern California. She considers herself a “do-er of all things, and lover of all arts.” Upon recently moving to Louisville, she has been blessed with a vast array of love and opportunities, currently working with organizations such as the Speed Art Museum, StageOne Family Theatre, The Louisville Living Room, Redline Performing Arts, Keen Dance Theatre, Kanti Wellness Center and is the new Director of Education for Nevertheless Arts Ensemble. Krasel is grateful to be working in collaboration with LFL and CTC on this beautiful project. The cast and crew are amazing and she is thrilled to be working alongside such incredible humans doing such phenomenal work.

Jay Marie Padilla-Hayter (she/her)

Lighting Assistant

Jay Marie is excited to be back working with LFL. She has worked in the Louisville theatre scene for 15 years, starting with her Theater Arts degree from UofL. She is the Producer and Artistic Director for Teatro Tercera Llamada, and one of the Artistic Co-Directors for The Chamber Theatre and Company Outcast. Her roles as an actor with LFL have included STRANGERS/EXTRANJEROS (Lidia) and CAREFULLY TAUGHT (Cie). Additional credits include: SILHUETA (Director), OGROS EN EL CLOSET (Director) and HENNY PENNY (Fox Delux, Director) with Teatro Tercera Llamada; A TUNA CHRISTMAS (Director), Agatha Christie's THE UNEXPECTED GUEST (Director) and SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE! (Ensemble) with Company OutCast; A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Sound Design), THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST (Director) and THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (Actor) with Highview Arts Center; and THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF (Francisco) with Commonwealth Theater Center.

Alonzo Ramont (he/him)

Scenic Design

Alonzo, the founder of Redline Performing Arts, is an arts advocate, performer, educator and director in the local theatre community, having worked with Stage One, Derby Dinner Playhouse, Actors Theatre of Louisville and Pandora Productions, where he directed CHOIR BOY and LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (AD). After experiencing the lack of diversity in the arts sector, Alonzo launched Redline Performing Arts, a community theatre whose vision is Arts Everywhere, Arts for All. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Parks Alliance of Louisville, Louisville Urban League Young Professionals, and the Arts and Culture Alliance; is a member of The Collective by GEDDI, Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL), and National Action Network, as well as his own community produce stand, Produce and More.

Holly Stone (she/they)

Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer

Holly is the Creative Communications Director of LFL and is celebrating her 12th year as a company member. Past LFL credits include THE KENTUCKY SUFFRAGE PROJECT (Research Co-Director/Videographer & Editor), GOOD GRIEF (Videographer & Editor), JUST LIKE US (Scenic Designer), DEFINING INFINITY (Touring Set Designer), THE PATRON SAINT OF LOSING SLEEP (Projections Designer), CROSSING MOUNTAINS (Touring Set Designer), LEGACY OF LIGHT (Set & Props Co-Designer) and PREVAILING WINDS (Projections Designer/Research Co-Director). Holly spent 15 seasons with KY Shakespeare and has been working in and around the Louisville theatre community for over 30 years as an administrator, scenic artist & designer, projections designer, house manager, stage manager, production manager and actor. Holly studied visual art and theatre at the Youth Performing Arts School/duPont Manual, Louisville Visual Art Association, Young Actors’ Institute, KY Shakespeare’s Apprentice program, and Wright State University’s Theatre Design and Technology Program.

Crystal E. Wilkinson (she/her)

Author

Ms. Wilkinson is a recent fellowship recipient of the Academy of American Poets, and is the award-winning author of PRAISESONG FOR THE KITCHEN GHOSTS, a culinary memoir, PERFECT BLACK, a collection of poems, and three works of fiction—THE BIRDS OF OPULENCE, WATER STREET, and BLACKBERRIES, BLACKBERRIES. She is the recipient of an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Poetry, an O. Henry Prize, a USA Artists Fellowship, and an Ernest J. Gaines Prize for Literary Excellence. She has received recognition from the Yaddo Foundation, Hedgebrook, The Vermont Studio Center for the Arts, The Hermitage Foundation and others. Her short stories, poems and essays have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies, including most recently in The Atlantic, The Kenyon Review, STORY, Agni Literary Journal, Emergence, Oxford American and Southern Cultures. She was Poet Laureate of Kentucky from 2021 to 2023. She currently teaches Creative Writing at the University of Kentucky where she is a Bush-Holbrook Endowed Professor.

Shannon Woolley Allison (she/her)

Production Manager

Despite stints working, performing, and teaching in Chicago, Denver, and New York City, Shannon is Louisville, KY born and bred! She attended YPAS, earned a BFA at SMU, and a Master’s at NYU. In 2001, Shannon co-founded LFL, and serves as Co-Artistic Director to this day. Most recent performances include FROM BARDSTOWN TO BROADWAY: THE ROAD TO VOTES FOR WOMEN/THE SUFFRAGE DRIVING & WALKING TOUR, and NOTE by Allie Fireel, and recent directing credits include the LFL original DEFINING INFINITY and Diana Grisant’s THE PATRON SAINT OF LOSING SLEEP. She oversees the development of the company and the execution of its mission.She is proud to be a roster artist for the KY Arts Council, a board member of the Fund for the Arts and the Arts and Cultural Alliance, and a member of Alternate ROOTS, The Network of Ensemble Theatres, The Alliance for Theatre in Education, and The Louisville Theatre Community.

Morgan M. Younge (she/her)

Performer

Morgan is an LFL company member and an active member of the Louisville theatre community. Her craft includes costume designing, acting, writing, directing and teaching artistry. After commiting to becoming a full time teaching artist, she has taught with several local companies including StageOne Family Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, LFL, Redline Performing Arts and Drama by George. Recently, Morgan was awarded a grant from the Fund for the Arts to produce a summer camp of her original script Hip Hop Herc (October 2023). In addition to her Teaching Artistry, Morgan's acting credits include: Aunt Franny in DON’T TELL ME I CAN’T FLY (StageOne); Truvy in STEEL MAGNOLIAS (Faith Works Studios) A Sista in SAY HER NAME: BREONNA TAYLOR (Berea College); Maybelle in BEFORE IT HITS HOME (The Griot Project); and June in GOOD GRIEF (LFL).
